Personal Training

We offer one-on-one or group personal training sessions that are customized to each individual, and we walk (or run!) with you every step of the way. Our goal is to support you and make working out fun and easy, so we come to you! We take objective measurements every month to track your progress and blend our program with whatever you're already doing to take care of your health.

Injury Prevention & Recovery

If you're an athlete, young or aging, we have experience with training clients to address muscle imbalances and improper biomechanics which lead to injury. Our lead trainer, Dr. Casey Fattig, received his doctorate in physical therapy in 2022 and actively works as a physical therapist in addition to his role in the company as lead trainer.

Nutrition Counseling

As the father of medicine, Hippocrates, has reportedly stated, "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food". We believe it's a shame that our medical system has moved so far from this classic principle and that most chronic ailments are improved with dietary changes. Our nutrition counseling centers on providing strategies to develop a healthy relationship with food in addition to guidance on what to eat for body fat loss, muscle gain, and general health.
